Original vintage French postal cover addressed to Franklin Roosevelt, President of the United States, at the White House. The envelope bears three red French postage stamps with postal cancellations from Royan, France. The reverse is stamped: “FROM THE FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT COLLECTION — AUTHENTICATED BY H. R.
