Original 1932 French postal cover addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Roosevelt and subsequently forwarded to Warm Springs, Georgia. The envelope bears a clear Paris Place de la Bourse postmark dated November 28, 1932, shortly after Franklin D. Roosevelt’s election as president and before his inauguration. The reverse carries a Warm Springs, Georgia, December 7, 1932 receiving postmark, connecting the cover to Roosevelt’s well-known Georgia residence during his president-elect period.
