1914 Horry County SC Livestock Bill of Sale & 1903 Distilling Ledger # 1126

Original early twentieth-century South Carolina document group featuring a 1914 Conway Live Stock Company bill of sale and promissory note, accompanied by a 1903 Riverside Distilling Co. account sheet. The primary document was issued in Horry County, South Carolina, to F. G. Watts of Bayboro, S.C., in connection with the Conway Live Stock Company. It records an amount of $55.00 and includes a printed promissory note dated January 9, 1914, payable at Conway on August 1, with interest stated at eight percent per annum. The folded legal form contains period handwriting, signatures, witness information, recording notations and the printed mark of Herald Job Print, Conway, S.C.
