Vintage 1965 Chicago Philatelic Society souvenir sheet issued for the society’s 79th Anniversary Exhibition at the Sherman House in Chicago, November 12–14, 1965. Printed in brown ink on cream paper and featuring a reproduction of Alexander Gardner’s Abraham Lincoln portrait.
This is a privately issued philatelic exhibition souvenir, not an official postage stamp or original photograph. The sheet is ungummed and imperforate. It displays well with strong printing, clean margins, light age toning, and no obvious tears or major creases visible. Printing can be seen faintly through the reverse due to the thin paper.
