Original 1886 Bulgarian 10-centime postal stationery card mailed from Varna, Bulgaria, to Vienna, Austria. The card is from Bulgaria’s early “Open Letter” postal-card issue and features a printed carmine 10-centime lion postage indicium and Bulgarian coat of arms as part of the card design.
Handwritten and dated December 14, 1886, with Varna postal cancellation and Vienna receiving mark dated December 16, 1886. Addressed to the Vienna commercial firm Reithoffer & Neffe and containing handwritten German business correspondence.
