Original 1894 Belgian international postal card mailed from Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Belgium, to Paris, France. The card is franked with a 10-centime King Leopold II stamp featuring the attached bilingual Sunday-delivery instruction label reading “Ne Pas Livrer Le Dimanche / Niet Bestellen Op Zondag.”
The address side includes a clear September 7, 1894 postal cancellation and blue “ETRANGER” foreign-mail marking. The reverse contains a period handwritten message and date. An attractive late-19th-century postal-history piece with international usage, intact Sunday-delivery label, and multiple postal markings.
