Original circa 1885 French 50-centime pneumatic telegram letter card issued for Paris’s rapid underground tube-mail service. Features the black Chaplain “Télégraphe” design printed directly on blue-green paper, with instructional text and intact perforated folding margins. The form is unused with no address, message, cancellation, or postal markings. A small amount of light pencil writing appears along the lower edge, likely an old collector or dealer notation.
