Vintage 1950s Lew Burdette Milwaukee Braves Spic & Span Dry Cleaning promotional baseball photo. Features Burdette in his Braves uniform in a pitching pose, with the Spic & Span advertising logo and printed facsimile signature along the bottom. An interesting feature of this issue is the “Lou Burdette” name error printed on the photo instead of “Lew Burdette.” This is part of the original printing and is not damage or a later alteration. Burdette was one of the Milwaukee Braves’ standout pitchers and was the 1957 World Series MVP, making this an excellent piece of vintage Braves memorabilia. Approximate size: 7” x 10” Condition is good vintage condition with normal age toning and light edge/corner wear consistent with its age. The image remains clear and displays very well.
