Original 1936 Cuba postal cover addressed to President Franklin D. Roosevelt and bearing documented Franklin D. Roosevelt collection provenance. This historic envelope was mailed from Havana, Cuba on May 14, 1936, during Roosevelt’s first presidential term. The front is handwritten to Franklin D. Roosevelt, Washington, D.C. and retains two original green Cuban 1-cent postage stamps with Havana postal cancellations. The reverse bears the important red provenance marking: “FROM THE FRANKLIN D.
