1933 Paris France FDR Cover to President Roosevelt H.R. Harmer Provenance #1290

Original 1933 French postal cover addressed to President Franklin D. Roosevelt in Washington, D.C., with strong presidential and postal-history interest. The envelope was mailed from Paris, France on June 21, 1933, only a few months after Roosevelt entered the White House.
