1933 France to FDR Roosevelt Cover H.R. Harmer Provenance 3 Stamps # 1293

Authentic 1933 French postal cover addressed to President Franklin D. Roosevelt at the White House, Washington, D.C. The envelope bears three French 50-centime postage stamps with period postal cancellations. The reverse is especially important, carrying the red provenance marking: “FROM THE FRANKLIN D.
