FDR Roosevelt White House France Cover H.R. Harmer Collection Provenance # 1303

Authentic vintage French postal cover addressed directly to President Franklin D. Roosevelt at the White House in Washington, D.C., with documented provenance from Roosevelt’s personal philatelic collection. The front is handwritten in French: “Monsieur le Président Roosevelt Maison Blanche (White House) Washington États-Unis d’Amérique” The upper corner is additionally marked “U.S.A.” The envelope bears a vertical strip of three red 50-centime République Française stamps, totaling 1.50 francs, with period French postal cancellations.
