Original 1934 Franklin D. Roosevelt presidential-era postal cover from Le Havre, France, addressed to President Roosevelt in Washington, D.C. The envelope is postmarked Le Havre, Seine-Inférieure, France, July 30, 1934 and bears a large blue postage-due “T” marking. The reverse is stamped: “FROM THE FRANKLIN D.
