1933 FDR Franklin D Roosevelt Registered France Cover H.R. Harmer # 1308

Authentic 1933 registered postal cover from France addressed directly to President Franklin D. Roosevelt at the White House in Washington, D.C. The cover was mailed from France and features original French postage, including a Paris registered-mail label, along with multiple French and U.S. postal cancellations and transit/receiving markings dated 1933. Most importantly, the reverse bears the red provenance marking: “FROM THE FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT COLLECTION – AUTHENTICATED BY H.R.
