Original vintage Netherlands postal cover front addressed to President Franklin D. Roosevelt in Washington, D.C. This is not a complete envelope; only the original addressed and stamped front portion survives. The reverse of the piece bears the important red provenance marking: “FROM THE FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT COLLECTION – AUTHENTICATED BY H. R.
