Franklin D. Roosevelt Collection Philippines Postal Cover – H.R. Harmer Authenticated Exceptional original postal-history cover addressed directly to Hon. Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the United States, and bearing documented provenance from the Franklin D. Roosevelt Collection. The cover is franked with three 2-centavo Philippine Islands postage stamps featuring José Rizal, each with period postal cancellations. The typed Spanish-language address reads: “Hon. Franklin D. Roosevelt, Presidente de EE.UU. de America.” Most importantly, the reverse bears the distinctive red provenance handstamp: “FROM THE FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT COLLECTION AUTHENTICATED BY H.R.
