Original vintage 1958 black-and-white racing photograph featuring driver Keith Weaver of Powell, Ohio in the No. 7XX “Mobil Special” stock car while holding the checkered flag after a race. The period identification label reads “Keith Weaver – Powell, O.” and is dated August 24, 1958. The reverse bears the original Smith’s Racing Photos / W. H. Smith / Columbus, Ohio photographer’s stamp along with a handwritten photo number appearing to be S-807. A terrific piece of 1950s Ohio stock-car and short-track racing history, with excellent visual appeal including the checkered flag, exposed racing engine, hand-lettered “Mobil Special” hood and prominent 7XX car number.
