Original 1889 postal cover addressed to Hon. Milton De Lano, Member of Congress, in Washington, D.C. Features the printed return address of the Office of County Judge and Surrogate of Madison County, Morrisville, New York. The envelope bears a green 2-cent George Washington stamp and a Morrisville postmark appearing to read February 27, 1889.
